The rooftop dining at the restaurant served fantastic local dishes, and I got to enjoy stunning views of the Hagia Sophia! Plus, the staff, like Furkan, were super helpful, giving great tips about exploring the city.
The bed was a little too soft for my liking, and the room could use a fresh coat of paint. The lobby's a bit cramped, and the spa doesn’t open until 11 AM, limiting some relaxation time.

The staff made our stay memorable, especially
with their dedication to service and small personal touches. Ayhan went above and beyond by bringing us herbal tea when our daughter was unwell. However, the breakfast spread lacked variety and could be improved for a more enjoyable start to the day.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to major attractions. However, the rooms are uncomfortably small for two people.

The spa offers a solid range of relaxation options, helping to unwind after hours of walking. The rooftop area provides decent views but the terrace restaurant's hours could limit dining flexibility.
Rooms are uncomfortably small, even with upgrades. there's barely room to open luggage. The ground floor bar area was closed during my stay, missing out on a prime spot to catch sports. Limited TV channel selection in rooms added to the disappointment.

I loved starting my mornings with a gorgeous view from the rooftop while enjoying my breakfast and trying out the Turkish bath later in the day. The spa offered a mix of relaxation options, helping me unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a heads up, the elevator was a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

Super awesome location, so close to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Ayhan was really something special, always there with a smile, and Murat went above and beyond too. Super friendly staff made us feel at home!
Nothing at all.

great stay but minor room noise
The staff welcomed us warmly and catered to our needs, making our visit special. I appreciated the spacious and clean shower, which added to our comfort during our stay. The terrace gave us a stunning city view, allowing us to enjoy breakfast with a backdrop of the Bosphorus. Additionally, the breakfast spread was abundant and catered to diverse tastes, setting a delightful tone for our days.
Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disturbed our peace.

The location is perfect, with major attractions just a short walk away, making exploration effortless. The room was neat and spacious, with a modern bathroom that featured excellent water pressure. Breakfast was a delight, featuring a make-your-own pancake machine, and the terrace restaurant provided stunning views of the skyline. While the hotel experience was mostly positive, some amenities could have been better organized, and the terrace restaurant's limited opening hours restricted dining options.
